Our hair is 100% raw, single-donor Vietnamese hair, meaning it is completely unprocessed, free of chemicals, and sourced ethically for the highest quality. Each bundle is cuticle-aligned, ensuring minimal tangling, longevity, and a natural, luxurious look.

2. What is raw Vietnamese hair?
Raw Vietnamese hair is completely unprocessed, single-donor hair known for its durability, thickness, and natural luster. It has not been chemically treated, making it perfect for long-term use and multiple styling options.

3. What is the difference between raw hair and virgin hair?
Raw hair is 100% natural, unprocessed, and sourced from a single donor, maintaining its original texture. Virgin hair is lightly processed and may undergo steam processing to create uniform textures, such as body wave or deep wave.

4. Do you offer wholesale pricing?
At this time, we focus on providing premium-quality hair in smaller quantities to maintain exclusivity and the highest standards. However, wholesale inquiries may be considered—please contact us for more details.

5. Can the hair be colored or bleached?
Yes! Our 100% raw Vietnamese hair lifts beautifully, including 613 blonde with proper care.

6. How long does raw hair last?
With proper care, raw hair can last 3 years or longer, maintaining its softness, strength, and natural luster over time.

7. Do your HD lace closures and wigs blend with all skin tones?
Yes! Our HD lace is ultra-thin and transparent, designed to melt seamlessly into all skin tones for a natural, undetectable look.

8. How many bundles do I need for a full install?
For a natural look, we recommend:

  • 14"-18": 2-3 bundles
  • 20"-24": 3-4 bundles
  • 26" and longer: 4+ bundles for full volume

9. What is your processing and shipping time?

  • Processing time: 2-4 business days
  • Shipping time: 3-5 business days (U.S. orders)

10. Do you offer international shipping?

11. Can I change or cancel my order after purchasing?
